claire's dad told the cop that he was further along than he expected. I guess that means he has been monitoring them for a while. I still get the feeling he is evil (at least that's the way the intro to the show portrays him).

I also wonder if he is using the map method like Sylar & Prof. Sureesh to find people with special abilities or if one his mutants can seek out other mutants.

I think they're leading us to believe that for the moment, but is there actually any concrete proof (and don't say that, "omg he was about to suck the cops brain out") because they cut away from that scene and we have no idea to know what actually happened.

I dunno, I'm just a little hesitant to believe that the black guy is Sylar and we don't have 100% proof that Mr. Bennett is bad yet...just that we think he is

I don't think DL (the black guy) is Sylar...but I do believe he is bad, unless the show really trying to do a suprising/shocking effect. So far there is no shred of evidence or reason to believe that DL is doing anything good....
