i gotta say i don't mind a dark joker but i've always felt you have to have the sort of "playful" kinda attitude so that he can make those sudden dynamic shifts to the dark maniacal sociopath

I know that next to no one saw Lords of Dogtown, but Ledger's got the dynamic shift down pat.

The weapons on the front jiggle around when it hits a bump, and when he does that "180" turn, its justs looks retarded.

Ahh how editing can make anything look right.

I hope this one isnt as fast as batman begins. I think it was just edited with so many short clips that you dont get any chance to appreciate what you saw before its into some other line of dialog or scene

I'm not so much saying he can't pull it off I'm just saying that if you start off as maniacal sociopath theres not a lot of room to make a shift to maniacal sociopath.

guess I'm just saying I want to see the joker a acting lighthearted as he kills and maims and then when bats does something that irks him or throws him off his game we see him shift to angry/crazy type thing
