stfu Earl. hell, me and numerous csc majors on here could hack the current system if we really wanted to. The half-assed job that is being done by ticketreturn is the real issue and the only fix is to have everything done in-house. And us CSC students are geeks anyways, why the fuck would we hack the system and try to get tickets to a social event. I'd love to see some kind of on-demand implementation where you could pull up by section and see the empty seats. Also some kind of group thing with on-demand would be nice.

they are manually entering into the system, i think they are starting at the top and working their way down, which they claim is not the case, however it is taking a long time to manually insert 2800 names into the system, this system is ridiculously inefficient

they split the list of groups up among several people, and i guess some of them work faster than others.

notice the cycling through. several times it goes through the same group of tickets in the same order as the first time. i suspect that the reason it doesn't do it that way every time is that when other people get tickets on demand it just keeps scrolling through. Also, I tried requesting a guest ticket at the same time as a student ticket on demand and it assigned me 112 row G seats 7-8, which [i]never[/n] showed up when i didn't ask for a guest ticket. This makes me wonder if the on-demand system even makes all the empty seats available. All in all, i think this implementation of on-demand sucks and should be changed.
