Nope, you're still giddy schoolgirls at the thought of his train flying off the tracks. This primary has been so sensationalized it's so fucking funny to see you guys freak out and get all dramatic. lol.

I saw Wright's speech yesterday, and was appalled. Wright resurfaced the AIDS conspiracy, citing a book he's read. Wright said this was an attack on the church, not him. I disagree. The only reason any of that got play was to attack Obama, pure and simple.

And Wright didn't just defend himself. He attacked Obama. He said Obama was just playing politics denouncing him. BS! Obama has been straightforward about what Wright meant to him, and where they disagree. Wright was clearly on the attack out of personal motives.

During the Q&A at the end, Wright looked like a prize fighter who had just won a victory - i.e., it was all about him, and he was absolutely nyah nyah to the questions, as if he was lobbing them all out of the park. But the way I saw it, his balls kept hitting the net.

It was appalling. It was embarrassing. And I knew the ONLY good thing to come of this is he had just handed Obama the keys to his escape. Obama is fully justified in denouncing him now and walking away. Wright was utterly selfish and more importantly for him - UNCHRISTIAN yesterday.

He did the right thing and on to a NEW narrative.
