whoops i didnt read that partstill you'd think obama would get something
8/29/2008 9:34:21 PM
McCain has 11 large financial donors while Obama has 6. Can't say I like the sound of any of that.
8/29/2008 9:36:05 PM
i thought obama was the first candidate ever to forgo that stuff and just take donations from people
8/29/2008 9:36:09 PM
^, read ^^^^What those lists might tell you is that the donors feel like the respective candidate will do something favorable or won't do something unfavorable for their respective company. Taking McCain as the example, I'd say those donors think McCain will do nothing/little to hinder they way they operate which was what got us into this credit mess to begin with. Since they are also donating like a mofo to Obama too I'm thinking they are trying to get either candidate to be more open to a government bailout of their organizations.[Edited on August 29, 2008 at 9:43 PM. 8/29/2008 9:54:33 PM
no they're just playing by different rulesit seems if obama really believed in what he said he'd save some of that money to actually go to poor people and not for commercialsbut the important thing is that Sarah Palin is HOT[Edited on August 29, 2008 at 9:55 PM. Reason : .]

Ron Paul:
8/29/2008 11:30:57 PM
Let's see she's been governor for less then 2 years...was mayor of a town of less than 6,000 folks...use to run a sporting goods company and also ran a trucking company......and McCain seriously..SERIOUSLY thinks that 'Palin' will win over the bulk of female women supporters based onPalin's ability to change Washington?? A third of the women in my family were INSANELY staunch supporters of Hillary, and I can tell you that the 7 women in my family upon looking at Palin's credentials called each other on the phone, emailed, etc...and started laughing to each other hysterically. A few of them even took it as a slap in the face, b/c they figured McCain thought b/c they share ovaries that Hillary supporters would just jump on Palin's bandwagon. Who the hell is running McCain's campaign?? Seriously!!??
