if you got those two as your b listers thats fine. if its not a gibbs car, the toyotas suck in handling. they are not good on long runs.

no a new crew chief has no effect on is driving abilities, but you KNOW dude has made some shit decisions in that role over the years. I don't have an opinion about Jr one way or the other, but he certainly isn't competitive. Maybe he needs to reassess his enthusiasm to race or play video games and shit...

^^I've been to Caraway but its been a while. Its a pretty nice track. Its near Ashboro...I'd say hour and a half from Raleigh depending on what side of raleigh you were coming from.

I think they only showed about 80 laps of the 200 on TNT today. They had commercial breaks about every 5 minutes. Fox wasn't that bad on breaks. I know it was Pocono, one of my least favorite tracks, but I would've liked to have seen more of the race. This just made me glad that TNT only has 6 or so races, and NBC doesn't have any.

Though I think that anywhere you get into a top of the line race car should have safe walls, I heard it was the end of the pit road wall, and they had it curved away from the track. Seems to me that safer barriers wouldn't do much there, the end of that wall is just a dangerous place on a track. I guess they could have more barrels. It looked like freakish bad luck to get into that spot, and have a brutal wreck.

That said it certainly is tragic, and I'm sorry for the family, hate to see a guy go down racing.
