It was a D- school that couldn't stop a girls volleyball team. I didn't exploit the AI at all, I got my starters off at the start of the fourth, it was a fairly played game, I just overmatched the fuck out of them.

nobody is saying you can't beat them by 60, just that a real team wouldnt risk injury to starters for the sake of running the score up while up by 100, especially when the OP is pretty specific

and be warned there are roster problems...when switching game modes sometimes you have to reload your rosters...also there is some glitch where sometimes your rosters just get overwritten, and you have to re-download them

Iowa starts a huge three game stretch next week. Penn State comes to Iowa City next week, then they travel to games at the Big House and Camp Randall in weeks 7 and 8

Penn State won the coin toss and elected to receive. Iowa capitalized immediately after an early Special Teams turnover got Iowa an early rushing TD

Penn State then marched downfield, went for a 4th and 1 and failed, only to allow Iowa a long passing TD.

After converting a key 3rd down early in the 3nd quarter, Penn State connected on a long passing play for their first score of the day, to cut the Iowa lead to 14-7

PSU's defense then forced a 3-and-out, though Iowa had a great punt out of bounds.

On Penn State's next possession, they converted a 3rd and long, and proceeded to march down the field for a game tying rushing score with 15 seconds left in the half. Iowa didn't score again that half, but they did receive to start the 2nd.

2ND HALF:

Iowa struck quick with a huge TD rush to lead off the first possession of the 2nd half, taking less than 15 seconds to extend the lead to 21-14.

Penn State's offense was stifled on the next possession, and was forced to punt. After a fair catch, Iowa tried to move the ball, but their starting HB was hurt when he was tackled for loss on a 3rd and short.

After the out of bounds punt, Penn State took over possession, drove down field a little, and then threw an interception. In lieu of a 50 yard field goal attempt, Iowa punted.

Penn State started their next drive with 32 seconds left in the 3rd quarter, down 21-14. They proceeded to march downfield for a touchdown rush to tie the game at 21 with 4:15 remaining in the 4th quarter.

Iowa drove downfield, and kicked a game winning field goal as time expired.

Final score: Iowa 24, PSU 21

anyway...

the Hawkeyes played a gritty game and protected their possessions and was able to walk away the victor in the opening game of Big Ten conference play for both teams. Hawkeye standout HB Adam Robinson was player of the game rushing for 170 yards on only 17 attempts, he had a pair of touchdowns to complete his stellar game. highlights are in the dynasty story for his breakout 78 yarder to begin the second half. he hit a hole a mile wide in the left side of the line and trucked it to the end zone.

Penn State's offense was stout, driving the ball seemingly at will many times throughout the game, a combination of outside runs and throws to the TE were nearly impossible to stop on two of the PSU drives.

Iowa is off next week, but then has tough games at Michigan and at Wisconsin.

Got an early scare from ASU after I fumbled a punt and they returned it and hit a long pass early. Was losing at half but came back to win pretty easily. Jacq Rodgers got injured in the 3rd but it was only for 1 game
