Now if Heather Dinich can explain how one head to head game in cold College Park outweighs the entire body of work (where we had the same record, against a tougher schedule), fan support (bowls aren't charities, they like to break even or make money), and outweighs West Virginia's entire body of work which is 2 games better than Notre Dame's since the Champs Sports Bowl isn't going to make a rematch.

Lucky for us, results don't have much to do with bowl selection outside of the BCS.

If Clemson was in the same situation that Maryland is in now, Clemson would be in the orlando bowl, and we'd be somewhere else.
