I am and I'm not. The story and chemistry been Jess/Zoey & Nick/Jake have been set since s1. And when it's good it's really good.

I don't like it because the arguing between Nick & Jess reminds me so much of a past relationship: "so this is what it was like for everyone else watching. Yikes. "

Yeah I mean you knew it was going to happen probably from episode 1, but Nick has gotten to the point where his character probably annoys me more than he makes me laugh which doesn't help.

His character actually reminds me of some guys a couple of my girl-friends have dated . They seem easy-going and fun at first but then over time they start to get annoying to hang out with because they continually have nothing going on with their life, no money to do anything, etc.

Good start to the new season. I don't see how the Nick/Jess thing is hated so much. It's been coming and obvious for a long time and adds some interesting parts to the show. As long as the show doesn't keep focusing on scenes like the one at the door too much.

i think this episode was meant to express the awkwardness. we've been waiting all summer to see how they'll handle it and the show picks right up where it left off. In a relationship like that there is more awkward phase than honeymoon phase. It'll tone down in the coming episodes

I agree that Coach was pretty terrible. In a show where the characters are mainly over the top about everything...he seemed to over the top their over the topness. He is the type of person(on the show) that I hate to be around.

Damon Wayans Jr. was very funny on Happy Endings, and is a talented comedic actor despite whatever preconceived notions you have about his father or uncles.
