Got 8 kills in my T18 earlier. I think I musta 1 shot KO'd 5 or 6 people. Love that little TD.

I got tired of running pubs and did some Team Battle matches. they were fun. used a lot of gold rounds, spent a lot of credits... but it was fun AMX 13-90s are no joke. Played against a couple teams that consisted of nothing but auto loaders (amx 50-100 and Amx 13-90) and they routinely kicked our asses. it was crazy how effective they are in packs. they'd swarm us, we'd all get our shots off, killing 1 or 2 of them, but while we were reloading they'd kill at least 2, if not 3 of us. The way that they would retreat and force us to disperse damage across all tanks versus focus firing made it difficult to pick them off. It was awesome to see such beautiful choreography, even if it was the enemy team's... Then after they'd reload, it was the end to us... lol.

I'm finding that I'm really really really not good at the newer maps.

All the old ones, even in their different battle variations, I do pretty good at. But if any of the new ones come up, I might as well put one in the Loss column for my team b/c we always lose.

I especially don't like the snowy Korean one, where it's the mountain village or whatever.

yea it takes a long time to learn a map.

personally, I'm looking forward to a time with games are played on truly open world maps so ppl can't memorize maps and play the game like a boring choreograph

I've got a little over 70k/700k xp needed for the is6. :/

Did an amazing round of Team Battle. I led the charge, took 6 hits which knocked me down to 50hp, and then sniped 4 guys from behind cover. Wish there was an easy way to record/upload replays.

haha. yeah. I totally agree. The higher tier Waffenträger auf Pz. IV and Waffenträger auf E 100 are beasts. I've witnessed plenty of them tearing up the map like a cat in a litter box. With that said, I love going up against them, especially in my Jagdtiger. When I see one, I just switch to an HE round and enjoy the crippling effect of 700+/- full penetrating HE damage from a single shot, and my reload time of 9.62 seconds helps me dish out up to 1,750 dmg in the time it takes them to do a magazine dump. I undertand that's not a lot of damage in comparison to what they disch out, but after hitting them once, it's enough to discourage them to stay open since just about any player in those TD's know their paper armor isn't going to help them survive a battle. Also, never go heads up against one, so this usually involves someone else being the target of their drum dump as I engage them

In 11k xp, I'll have BIA and knock that reload time down to 9.4 seconds flat.

The thing that I don't get is the Waffenträger auf E 100's weapon choices. the 12,8 cm K44/2 L/61 has a higher RoF and a solid 40mm+ penetration (276mm vs 235mm) compared to the 15 cm Pak L/38. It holds a 6 round cartridge, so it can dish out an average of 3,360 damage (up to a max of 4,200 alpha!) in just 10 seconds (560 alpha/round). The "upgrade" 15 cm Pak L/38 has a 4 round drum that does an average of 3,000 in 9 seconds (750 alpha/round). The reload time for the cartridge is about 10 seconds less than the 12.8cm though.


On top of this, the 12.8 has faster aiming time and is far more accurate for sniping, which is the primary role of this TD to begin with... I guess I don't really see the point of upgrading, unless all you plan on running through your gun is APCR (penetration isn't a factor anymore with this round so the higher hitting alpha may come in handy for shoot and scoot tactics along with faster cartridge reload times).

In the Jagdtiger, I usually have no problems bouncing their 15cm gun, but then they switch to premium APCR's and my armor just doesn't matter anymore I've seen people get devestated by that 12.8cm with regular AP though.

I'm about done with my grind to get the JagdPz E-100. Just need about 90k more xp. Then I can't wait to get that WaufflE100

Just got an update for WoT 9.0 and it is lag/low fps on my end. Anyone else have issues? i5, 8gig ram, Ati Radeon 4850 1gig?

FPS is a little lower, by maybe 5-10 frames. My XFX ATI HD 6870 averages about 35-55 FPS with most things on the highest setting. I think my issues were with my old wireless adapter. I just bought the Asus PCE-AC68 and my internet connection issues with WoT appears to have resolved itself, though I didn't have issues with any other application/program using the previous wireless adapter. Where I was getting an average of 100ms ping (with many occurrences of 500ms spikes and random disconnects before, I now average 21-40ms ping with no spikes and no disconnects...

Yeah, I don't know what my problem is . Before the update max all the things . Now med is trash/lagg. not even going to try low. My system should handle it. I ran FurMark. and my shit did die. So I'm just looking to see if I can get some help or a point in the right direction.

If you haven't already try going into graphics (details) and switch from "Improved" to "Standard". After any adjustments always ensure that your draw distance is maxed.

Thanks, I did do that and also deleted the app data .xml file in wargam.. folder. It runs a lot better. Still not right, but I guess I will have to wait till the next update.

150k/250k xp for the On Track... Just 3 more days of grinding and I'll have another garage slot and 1,500 gold (I already have the Churchill III so I'll get the gold for it instead)

OH. I was able to kill a [WGL-B] pro player in a FV215b while I was in my AMX 13-75 and earned 250 gold yesterday. It was complete luck.



M103 is a pretty good tank. I always *sigh* whenever I have to fight heads up against one in my IS8. The frontal armor on the M103 is annoying bouncey protect your sides/rear and you have a pretty stout tank.

This shit we were on def. just camp and win , but they wanted to push. I had 4 tanks and arty on me. So I attacked the close tank first .. I was happy to clear out all on my side , but I can't cover two sides sooo pissed and my gun was knocked out so I had a few missed shots. I think if my gun was fine I might could have pulled a win out of my ass

Nice work man. Me and a Vk pulled out a win the other day ( i was in my panther) against 5 other tanks. I wish I could pull the replay. All I can can it was teamwork and it was a great feeling. I said I will spot and hp pull. auto locked and circled he came in and cleaned up one of the best wins I have had ... teamwork

So. I was in my Aufklärungspanzer Panther on Lakeville, starting at the southern base. I go halfway up the western side of the lake and spot, and snipe... And I snipe... And I snipe some more, not once being detected by the enemy in the town desperate to find cover (as my teammates were pushing hard on the church)...

I'll post the screenshot later, but I did some 3,300 damage (highest damage that match) in the 55 shots I took. I was finally able to claim my tank mastery badge. lol. I've really been enjoying these light scouts as of late...

Got my first Mark of Excellence today. It was on my GW Panther, of all things Nothing more satisfying than shooting a ~900alpha HEAT round and taking a teir 8 HT down to 25% or less hp. Beats widdeling down enemies 400hp at a time with HE shells... though, you do get close calls and sometimes that lucky pen from the top doing 1200 damage is glorious...
