Although of course last year goes into it some, see TT10, you dont start with a totally new roster year after year. You keep around what I would estimate to be 75% of the same players on average. before this game, if i had asked everyone one here which is more likely at halftime:

A - Carolina up by 13
B - Carolina winning but its close (within one score)
C - Tampa winning but its close (within one score)
D - Tampa up by 13 and Carolina has zero points against a horrible defense that added Eric Wright and a couple of rookies.

I promise you D would have gotten the least votes... why? because its surprising, which is all I said.
