I'm trying to fill out a performance evaluation for my job by listing my accomplishments over the last year. I got four things, one of which i'm working on right now.

Now I'm supposed to list my "Professional development" goals for the next year, which are goals that aren't measurable. I would put "teamwork/network skills" but I have no intention of working on that. I'd rather come in every day, put on my headphones, and avoid contact with the rest of the office.
