tww is in the octagon
atually, aside from hurley being annoying and tww not working...this episode was full of awesome random moments
polar bear on roller skates with a mango
hurley and the peanut butter
hurley dropping and breaking open the peanut butter

God Dammit. What the fuck is wrong with you people?
If you haven't figured it out by now, this show is just a little bit too smart to have it all just be a dream.
It's like...Are you the people that watch "The Wheel" and then turn off the TV because "Jeopardy makes my head hurt"?...Those are the types of people that keep suggesting that this show is all a dream.
Or maybe it's purgatory...oh there's something original.
Wise up. The writers may not be as smart as they think they are, but shut the fuck up already with that whole dream/purgatory bullshit. I promise you in 8 years or however long it takes them to figure out where they're going with all this it won't be Hurley waking up in the loony bin chained to a bed. Just get that out of your small minded heads right now. 4/5/2006 11:18:34 PM |

^^whoa. psycho-style rant.
back to the lecture at hand. this episode was bogus. it was all filler. that kind of episode makes me lose even more faith in the show. then i see the preview for next week and think it might be promising, but i know i'll be let down.
i'll ask again: anyone know how many episodes are left in the season?

I can't believe I fucking missed it.
I assumed for a girl to be interested in a guy as fat as Hurley, she would have to be evil.
HOW COULD I NOT REALIZE IT COULD ALSO BE BECAUSE SHE'S CRAZY.
Tonight's episode should have been titled "Hittin' Close to Home". 4/5/2006 11:22:43 PM |

i just looked on itunes; we've had 16 episodes so far
i really dont think there's anyway for us to have 24 episodes this season. i'm assuming the season finale will be just as long as last years and they'll try to say that it was 3 episodes. that still leaves about 5 weeks worth of new episodes which if there was a new episode from now until may sweeps, then that would be about 5 weeks. somehow i dont buy it and assume there will be a week or two of repeats
ok so i was wondering, is what henry gale saying true? about not pushing the button and everything resetting on its own.4/6/2006 7:17:56 AM |

two characters that i want to hear something about:
Walt and Desmond......we've totally lost track of these two characters.
my biggest gripe with the show so far this season is that they keep bringing in new angles and ignoring old ones.
it's like i watch to find out what happened 3-4 weeks ago, and instead of finding out, i learn new things that won't be addressed again for another 3 episodes. 4/6/2006 8:00:11 AM |

i just think the episode was a funny metaphor...the viewer is like Hurley...we don't know wtf is going on and if it is just a dream, i'm jumping off the cliff and not watching the show again

believe me, we cant wait for you to die either, you contribute nothing but stupidity to any thread ive ever seen you in.
We all had an idea that the blonde chick may have been in the ward with hurley because he recognized her and she had said she was a psychiatrist right? So that wasnt too suprising.
I thought it was a good episode. Just because we dont hear about a character or plot line for a few episodes doesnt mean its not there or it has been abandoned. They have so many now though, that a lot of them may not be resolved like we would want them to, but I doubt they have been forgotten.
Like I said before, if youre watching this show just to find out about the island youre an idiot. The show is a character driven show, and by now you should get the point that how they all ended up there and their relationships with eachother are the real mysteries.4/6/2006 9:01:06 AM |

Yeah, Sawyer and Kate have both seen Libby.
I'm still loving this random emphasis on "good people." I hope it goes somewhere.
That said, there will not be any answers until the ratings start to slide. Then there will be a clusterfuck episode that tries to tie up all the loose ends while creating new problems. The series will limp on for one season after that, before coming to an end that people will argue over awesomeness/lack of awesomeness of for years.
