I personally think this is kind of a tired, played-out genre but THE Alabama Shakes aren't bad. But they have like 4 songs that people can readily listen to. It just seems a little pretentious to be thinking your crap is gonna sell out months in advance for whatever reason, thus limiting ticket sales.

No, mine is gone. Good luck though. I put mine on CL and got an email from some dude in 5 minutes willing to drive to Durham from Raleigh to pick it up. Then I got 4 more emails in the next 30.

I can't even imagine what the line outside Kings is going to look like at 7pm...

I'm starting to consider selling mine. I'd love to see the Avett's in such a small venue, but I'm beginning to wonder if it's going to be worth it. It would also be a pretty big letdown to not get in, as the rest of the bands I have seen/can see just about anytime.

I know some folks like Polica (and Under the Channy Moon or whatever the hell), but if you're going to the show at 506 tonight, I'm warning you not to bother with that open band. It's some kind of alt-trendy generic world music acoustic-synth blend, and it's awfully terrible.

I've had them on CL for a couple of days and just now got a buyer. Had several people that never replied to my emails, a lady coming from charlotte that wanted to pick them up at 9 tonight, and a no show. I ended up listing them at a discount because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get rid of them.

The Haunted Mill is this sort of haunted house venue that's run by redneck carnies. There are black lights everywhere. It actually seems like the perfect place for them to play.
