3, 4, 5, 6 hours of sleep isn't enough any more. Two nights of 5 or 6 hours, and I feel exhausted. I now frame exhaustion in reference to how I felt when I had mono, and it is very frustrating to feel that tired just because I exercised, in addition to working.

Teachers would always assign reading for homework, and my parents would always have to write a note along the lines of 'assign christine alternate homework, if you must. Her reading privileges have been revoked for two works for [offense]'

At the beginning of every school year, my parents would get calls from the teachers, starting with "Uhm...wat?"

geeeeez 11-13? i have like a window where if i get less i feel tired (obvi) and if i get more i feel tired. like i would probably feel tired with more than 9 hours (unless i had a really hectic day or something. like after law school exams i think i slept 12 hours a night for like 3 days). but more importantly what is your (do you have) a job? how do you get 11 hours of sleep going to bed at 2am haha

not really. that's how it feels lately though because i don't have a job at the moment and i've just been sleeping to pass the time. but yeah, i feel more tired if i get too much sleep too. I just need something to do. I've been trying to play soccer more but i can only do that max 1.5 hours a day so it doesn't take up a lot of time.
