all the time the clock ran after incomplete passes, players going out of bounds

maybe at the end there should have been more time?

and if either school just played football instead of going for every 4th and 1 throughout the entire game the score wouldn't have been so close

this might have been covered, but when did USC go back and time and beat LSU in 2003? if i remember right, LSU beat Oklahoma for the BCS championship...

thus, was not a "three-peat". More like "going for back to back"
