I still have this unanswered question. If she was 100% on these guys being the attackers why take DNA from the entire team? Why not just the two guys? I also find it funny how she was only able to identify the attackers after all DNA tests came back negative.

the first page has more info in that ABC article. not only did he talk on the phone but the cab picked him and a friend up a block away from the party around 12:20, took him to the ATM, he called his girlfriend out of state at 12:25, they went through a drive thru, then he dropped them off at their dorm on campus. duke's records showed him using his card to access the dorm door at 12:46.
