Are any of yall having trouble connecting to games? Went to a buddies house last night to see it, he had just bought it, and about 7 games we tried to get into we lost connection to the host. We finally got in on the 8th try, but just wondering if was a known bug that had a patch towards it?

^^thats been a re-occurrence talked about before...i think the problem is that theres so many people playing that if you dont join the server asap when theres open space, then you wont get in (you get that connection error or whatever when a server becomes full before you are able to join i think)...thats just what i think, could be wrong

I think that's a bug. It seems that a lot of people miss the execution on the first shot. I have before when I knew that I was dead on.

I finally got to play last night, and man i was floored. This game is incredible, and I luv the chainsaw even though I haven't gotten the hang of using it yet. Don't have my own 360 yet but that should come soon, and then I can jump on with all the other crazy ncsu people.

i used my botched eb gears of war preorder to reserve assassin's creed. it turns out it WASN'T FEDEX's FAULT, but eb powers that be shipped to the largest markets and took the rest of the day off without shipping the rest of the gears games. several c-level jobs were freed up and a total of 10 people were fired strictly because of the gow fiasco.

this game is so fucking awesome

except for one thing. The AI on your teammates is atrocious on higher difficulty levels in a big firefight. I don't care if Dom kills anyone, could he just stay alive for a little bit so I don't have to deal with all of them rushing me?

^^^ Yeah really, I was playing some tonight and when I would attempt to flank so we could get two angles on the enemy, he would run over to my spot with me, and then proceed to get mowed down and I would get rushed by 4+ guys

The Fenix mansion. (back to GoW)

You're fighting to get into the house to get the map data on the Locust tunnels. Marcus Fenix's dad was a scientist or something and mapped the tunnels with the geo-drones.

Then, you fight to get out of the house to get the data to the missles.


yeah, the story is confusing as hell, i guess they assume you'll read the novelization
they really don't explain where the Locust came from or what the hell they want

all this week i've ended up playing against mostly top 20 guys...some are pretty average but a few of them have gotten close to 40 kills in a first to 10 game...some of these guys play this game waaaay too much
