Which HT in the NCSU area is best for triples? I usually go to the one on Tryon Rd in Cary, but they're always out of stock on the sale items. The Cameron Village one is always a nuthouse. I'm thinking of trying the one on Jones Franklin/Western tomorrow. 9/17/2008 8:06:48 PM |

when i lived in raleigh i always went to the one on jones franklin/western. plus it's open 24 hrs, so you can go late at night and it won't be crowded 9/18/2008 8:05:15 AM |

I went to the one on Fayetteville Road today, but I live in Garner so it's not really far away. I got $27 worth of mess and ended up at -$4.
Not sure where that -$4 went since I used a credit card, hopefully they credit me 4 bucks. 9/18/2008 10:44:50 AM |

IF any of the HTs in the NCSU area have nesquik let me know. I have coupons and want some but can not find it.
I also want some Pace salsa verde and 4 cheese, Tryon was out of those too. 9/19/2008 6:20:52 PM |

We got Nesquick at the HT off of Glenwood. You can take Oberlin all the way to Glenwood and it's on the left in a little shopping center. In fact, they had everything that was basically free with Qs, like Betty Crocker potato pouches and Luzianne Tea. Maybe people around there don't use Qs.
I got $75 worth of stuff for $30.
Was a pretty good deal and I'm glad I made it there today. The clerks were coupon friendly too. 9/20/2008 8:24:03 PM |

its triple your coupon up to 99 cents....
only two internet coupons and only 20 coupons per vic card per day... my friend just let me use hers. i did two transactions of about 33$ each and one i paid 9.15 and the other 9.13 9/21/2008 9:43:18 AM |

on sunday i did three transactions
- 20 - 32 oz. bottles of powerade .89 each = 17.80 - 20 .30 cent off coupons tripled = 18.00 + tax = $.19 - for two bottles
did that one twice with two different vic cards
then did
20 - 32 oz bottles of g2 - 1.00 each 20 .30 cent off coupons tripled should have had to pay 2.00 + tax but the cashier scanned four of the coupons extra and the manager came over and was like you have to buy something i cant give you cash back... so i tried to explain to her how it worked and something was wrong but she was mad and not having it so i grabbed chips and a candy bar and then paid .42 cents for all of it
so for under a dollar i got 40 32 oz bottles of powerade, 20 32 oz. bottles of g2 and a bag of chips and a candy bar
not bad 9/23/2008 11:17:15 AM |

I usually raid a recycle bin every week and get two or three of the same coupon..and sometimes they rotate the same Q every few months so you get a few that are duplicates.
No offense towards Nickle Pickle....but I hate when people take the whole tearpad and use them all.
I mean, powerade, I can see you drinking 30 bottles and they stock plenty of that item....but a tear pad of SHAMPOO or something that they don't keep a great stock of...that's just ridiculous IMO. 9/23/2008 9:28:04 PM |

Had to share my deal
Just went to CVS
They have advertised 4 12 packs of coke products for $13 w/ $3 ECB back.
So I bought 4 for $13.00
Used: $10.79 in ECB and a CVS gift card that had $0.77 left on it.
OOP: $1.59 (w/ tax) for 48 cans of Coke Zero...$0.03 a can! Much better than the $0.65 I was putting into the vending machine @ work every day!
and I got $3 ECB back!

my cashier said a lady came in earlier that day and her total before coupons was around 198, and after coupons they owed her 5. haha i wish i could do that.

they weren't advertising the double coupon deal in charlotte, you had to ask for it at the register. i think that's the only reason i was able to get any freebies. i was able to get dove shampoo and conditioner for free and sunsilk shampoo and conditioner for free. everything else was around $0.29 to $0.99

I have a bunch of $3 off coupons for these, and they are selling for $3.99 at Food Lion. If you use your MVP card, you get another $1.49 off, so it ends up going into the negative.
It looks like most websites have taken down the coupon, though 10/3/2008 2:08:44 PM |

I went to KMart off of Six Forks tonight and ended up spending $60.00 for $120 worth of stuff.
I had coupons for almost everything, but the most expensive items were: Trash bags, $9 Toilet Paper, $8 Kitty Litter, $10 DayQuil, $7
Without these items, my total would have been somewhere in the $30 range but we needed this stuff so...oh well
I might go to a different KMart tomorrow to get some of the things the six forks k was out of but I don't want to be psycho about it.
I know I won't need to buying personal items or shampoo for a few months, thank god. Those can get expensive. 10/5/2008 1:18:05 AM |
