not sure if this has been said, I'm not reading all of this shit, but those people that are saying that Eve might have been in the back seat I think are incorrect. The police say that they don't think that is the case.

The police have a good idea of when she was murdered, and I'm sure there is a time stamp of the photographs in the ATM machine. Just my 2 cents. I hope they kill this stupid motherfucker.

Looks to me like the guy in the convenient store is the "shadow" in the backseat. His black jacket definitely looks like it's puffy enough to make that big shadow.

you have got to be kidding me. if he was worried about being seen on the camera, he would have done a little more than pull hit hat down.

and anyone who watches the first 48 (one of my favorite shows) knows how often stuff like stolen ATM cards and cars and cell phones etc end up in the hands of people who had nothing to do with the murder. like a crackhead will kill someone and then sell their phone, or trade their ATM card for drugs, etc etc

that said, when they catch the people who were using the stolen stuff and tell them it belonged to a murder victim, they usually start telling everything they know about where they got it.

so whether or not this kid did anything, who knows... im thinking no just because of how casual he acts about it. but if they catch up with him, i'm sure he's gonna tell anything he knows.

i just dont get why robbery would be a motive. people get robbed all the time and never get shot, and she was obviously pretty cooperative (Assuming she gave them her pin and it wasnt written on the card or something. i know i kept my pin in my wallet for about a week when i got my new card.)

first 48 is far better. it follows them as they go. forensic files isn't bad, but its after the fact, and you know what they say about hindsight.

so from watching that show, which cant possibly be staged (or murderers would be going free right and left), i'd say that 80% of the time or more, the guy with the cell phone/car/credit card/etc is not the guy who did it. simple as that.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed but the timeline the roomate(s) gave seems ridiculous.

1:30am: Roomates leave to go out for the night, ask Eve if she wants to come along, she declines
-I can't think of very many reasons to leave the house on a wed. night at 1:30 to go "out" that don't involve drugs or going to a significant others.

Roomates say she said something about maybe needing to print something off that night.
-None of them have a printer? Assuming they don't, why would you go out in the middle of the night to print something off? Couldn't it wait until morning?

I'm sure the police have questioned them in detail, but those two things just struck me as very odd.

1. Could have been drugs. All they need to eliminate them is a solid alibi.

2. There could have been many situations with the "print something off." What she had to print could have been from a remote comp, they very well might not have had a printer (fuck, I've had a broken down printer for ages now; either that or out of a ribbon, etc), she could have had to have a special printer, etc etc
