ha. I have an extra 360 Premium but it has pms. On 2 of our tv's(one that i used on it constantly and an hd tv), the video is black/white or flickers with the composite(red, white, yellow) cables. Bought an s-video adapter and it was still b/w on the hd tv. Tried the component cables on the hd tv and they work perfectly fine. Just so happened that I walked into walmart and they had an elite for $349(priced as a premium) and that's what they sold it to me for.

This sucks. I just bought a Wii because my wife wanted one (she does play it more than I do) but now I'm stuck with crappy sports games because Nintendo sucks. I don't have the cash to buy a 360 or PS3. Fix this EA!!!

How is the failure rate on the newer systems? I've heard that the newly manufactured ones were supposed to fix the RRoDs, but I've also heard that people are still getting them on the new elites.

I'm currently sitting this generation of consoles out, but the NCAA games are the only thing I really miss. EA is still putting out last gen versions of Madden on the PC. That and I could never get into Madden like I could NCAA.

it was fun for me and roommates/friends to create schools with stupid names and make funny jerseys and import them into, like C-USA or even as independents (replace NAVY or something) and try to go from D- in everything to getting invited to a real conference

^ not sure if anyone on ps3 has the roster in their lockers or not yet with all the roster issues going on.

luckily ea sports made it really easy this year by adding the EA locker to ncaa 09.
For 360:
From the main menu, you just go to Xbox live->EA Locker->Download Roster. Then you can either enter the person's gamertag(mine is ncsuftw) or select a name from your friends list and it asks you to save it when downloaded. You load the rosters by going to My NCAA 09-> File Management->Load & Delete->push right on the left stick where the file type is Roster. Go down and hit A beside the roster name and you're done.

ha and just played another game against #4 USC with virginia. Scored with 48sec left to take the lead 24-21 and then those fuckers return the punt for a td and win 28-24. got a greatness score over 2000 though.

so i got dt linder's rosters (EArosters com) and had to make "bowen" to "bowens" and made kuhn white (he was black)...put glennon in at qb (weird to see #9 there) and i think my team is better

also took out andrew evans out of the #2 wr slot...

so far, its been way better this year, you still will throw ints on bad passes but atleast i havent seen any "super linebackers" yet like last year

they also need to get rid of that shit in the endzone (the trust, etc) sign...that's an amato thing
