Call me lame, I like the direction of the show. It is keeping me guessing, and changing pace. I am not one for the predictable show. You have to remember the she is not new anymore, so there will be lag and guessing moments. I enjoyed last nights episode...I am looking fwd to a possible Sylar, Nathan, Peter triple team on some poor chump.

that's why it wouldn't be surprising if it turned out he did have a much greater power that nobody ever knew about before. maybe he really was born with a power but they thought he wasn't so they gave him the other one synthetically. i don't think that's too far-fetched with the way the show has gone, and they have to find a way to beat daddy petrelli somehow.

From what I am guessing, those episodes are still important. I think that the reasoning is all too obvious, but I won't divulge since people here go all "zomg Spoiler" anytime anything potentially about future episodes is posted.

the full article wasn't about future episode with spoilers. it was actually about how people are getting frustrated with the show, how to fix Heroes and bring back it's fan base. it just happened to open with an interview with Sylar on set of a future episode, that described the scene, now of which we have seen a preview for as it's next week's flashback episode.

Well, if crazy theories are fair game, then here I go!

Future Peter told Past Peter to get Sylar's ability. My suspicion is that he did so in order to get Arthur Petrelli to consume Sylar's ability unknowingly (aka it wasn't for the "understanding" of how the world will explode like everyone thinks). That will somehow be the downfall of Arthur, which is why the future trip to get the ability is important.

That would mean that future Peter also had his abilities stolen by Arthur at the same point since he knew it would happen. This seems further fortified when Mohinder wanted to take past Peter's blood and it reminded past Peter of what he heard from future Peter since that same scene probably occurred to him as well(referring to 'past' and 'future' as separate people is making my argument sound stupid, eh?). That may mean Peter gets his abilities back eventually?

All crazy theories at this point. I really want to hope Nathan has an ability no one knows about. Perhaps the ability to restore / redistribute powers (similar to the other brothers/father powers). He would not have had the opportunity to do this before since he has never really been a situation fighting those with powers (or maybe just fake powers).

So far, I've really enjoyed heroes and hadn't really caught on to why people were getting bored with it. Then I realized that it was probably because I started the series like 2 weeks ago . Those fluff story lines (Maya, New Orleans, etc) weren't so bad spread over a short period of time . . . but waiting a week for an update? Heck no.

I still think Nathan is going to have a power they didn't know about. Maybe something like he can restore powers to people. It would be somewhat lame, but it would allow Peter to get his powers back. Although I don't like Peter having a ton of powers as it opens too many plotholes, I think I'm going to like him even less with no powers.
