FSU is just really good. From the looks of it, you played well Tree, its just the FSU defenders could close on the ball so quick. Their defense is rock solid and the offense can move the ball very well.

I think what I'll do is if I don't hear one way or the other from guitarguy soon, I'll go in manually do the preseason stuff for his team so the rest of us can get started. Miami doesn't play an ACC game till week 5, so either he can pick up whenever he wants or we can find somebody else before he's scheduled to play a human opponent.

If this sounds good, let me know, or if you'd rather wait for him, I guess we could do that too, but 11 of us are ready to play.

I figure if we don't hear by 7 or so, I'll go ahead and either turn his team over to the CPU ( I can always reassign it to him later) or just take control and manage it myself until he or someone else takes over

This way the rest of us can get our week 1 games started tonight...sucks for whoever has FSU since they have a week 1 bye

but maybe if we all get into and finish our first weeks we can move right along to week 2 sometime this weekend

We can always change the sliders

I think that tonight I'm going to go in and do the preseason stuff for Miami

They should have several big time recruits interested so I will just add the 35 highest rated player with an interest in the school to the board

As far as redshirts, thats more of a judgement call, but I will side with redshirting more players than usual so whoever does take over can take off those redshirts if they want whenever they join

I will advance to week 1, and hopefully by the time everyone has played thier first game, guitarguy, nym410 or whoever will have joined and be ready to go, so they can still play all 12 games themselves

I don't think this should be a big problem for anyone, but I know people are anxious to get started and I think this would be the best way to do that

and you don't have to worry about collusion recruiting wise...I doubt Miami and Duke will be targeting the same players
