The Steve Young nearly getting hit by a cup was one of the strangest, yet most awesome moments in a post game show that I've ever seen. It didn't even phase him. He just moved out of the way and kept going, but Emmitt Smith looked pissed and gave the fans a "wtf are you doing" look.

And one final note before I start the mail: Mea culpa, mea culpa, meal culpa. I really had the Panthers read wrong. To run for 299 yards on a defense stopping the run better than the Giants and Titans ... just stunning. Carolina was as impressive Monday night as any team has been in any game in recent weeks. The vision of John Fox before the season -- running with power behind a bigger, stronger offensive line -- was in full view for America last night. Great, great job by the Panthers.

WHY yes we were HAHA. They always do when we get a final stop.The crowd was the loudest of any game I have ever been to, but I want to ask you who watched how did it sound on TV? I thought it looked like all black in the stands, with loud fans standing up the whole game, however I do sit up top and we are a lot different than those down low. Charlotte in general yesterday and last night is what I think pro football is all about. Long tailgate all day, good fans, lots of boozed up people, and then every bar in all of uptown was packed last night. Makes me excited for possible home playoff games...

it was very loud on monday, im a fan of the sweet caroline tradition, not so much the whoop there it is.

and of course people are going to leave it was midnight and the game was over, but there was no one leaving until the game was decided.

I just wish the panthers would do something original. Sweet Caroline, for whatever reason, has been the Fenway Park tradition long before the Panthers existed.
