Also, has the waitress' name never been revealed? Frank took the Nicki nametag so (maybe it was obvious but they didn't really address it at the end) when the waitress said they didn't have her nametag, I'm thinking Frank took it

I guess it was a "to be continued" so maybe it comes up next week

They confirmed on twitter that Nikki is NOT the name of the waitress. Apparently some reference was made to them crashing Nikki's car in a season one episode.
