I hear what you are saying, mls, but don't you think that the AD should at least poke his head in TOB's office and say "uh, hey, wtf, dude." He doesn't have to say "run this play," but I think it'd be somewhat intelligent to say "uh, hey, dude, nobody runs the same play every down. I'm just sayin..." There's a certain point where the AD ought to say something, and it's clear that he hasn't doesn't so.

^ we haven't won an ACC title in football since '79.

In '79 we were 7-4 on the year and did not go to a bowl game. We lost to UNC, and they went to a bowl at 8-3.

granted, our D was a bit improved, only allowing 17 points. There were some times when we looked a bit better, and other moments where we looked like we always have this season.

I'm happy we beat Maryland because I hate Maryland....I'll always hold out hope for us to make a bowl as long as its mathematically possible. After watching Clemson last night though, we're going to have to hope they have a terrible day and we play a perfect game next Saturday.

i know we're gonna lose, but Dabo Swinney isn't Danny Ford. Clemson always has a few games during the year they should win and don't. Just like VT last week against UNC-CH, they should have destroyed the 'Holes. If we can keep scoring points and the defense can get the feeling of a little confidence, that could translate into not as much hesitation, maybe even tackle a guy or two. I'm not holding out hope, honestly, but we all know there are long-time clempson fans who dread like hell playing this game. We have nothing to lose and the Tigers have alot riding on this game.
