Man what a blast by Subban to tie that up. That kid has Norris Trophy written all over him in a few years. "Whoa Baby!" says Bob Cole.

I fucking love having playoff hockey to watch every single day of the week

I'm officially pulling for the Lightning and Canucks the rest of the way - oh yeah, and anyone who plays Boston.

I'm glad Buffalo and Shitsburgh are gone, if Montreal wouldve knocked the Bruins out it wouldve been a perfect first round

Really wish they'd stagger these from the NBA playoffs

They're the only tow major sports that go directly against each other, and basketball is going to win everytime

damn... lots of yall like the wings over the sharks???

based on what??? rest? i think they might have had too much and could just be too flat and get walked on in game 1

I've liked the Sharks for years, so I always pick them in the West unless I'm really uneasy about the choice. Jumbo Joe scoring the OT clincher hopefully is the monkey off his back.

The wings were playing really tight. And the sharks are historically inconsistant.

Yes the Red Wings were very tight and very strong... against PHOENIX though puck-it...

no doubt they CAN do work on san jose and win this series... but i think its more likely san jose outdoes them and does the work... sadly of course cause im a Hockeytown fanatic

They're still the detroit fucking redwings. Its like betting against the yankees, love them or hate them, your safest bet is for them. The team knows how to win.

The Sharks are choke artists and the Dead Wings looked like machines against Phoenix. Fear not though, they will all fall to Vancouver soon enough!

I don't think anyone can ever hate datsyuk. Dude is a perennial lady byng winner, and multi-selke winner, and can put up offensive numbers... clean player with some serious fucking skill.

Forwards didn't show. Caught trotz's presser on OTF last night, he was pissed, and called out the entire forwards group.

Dude is scrambled eggs right now. It would be an unfortunate loss if he didn't return as the same player... love him or hate him, he's a huge draw for the league.

"In a class move, the Penguins presented the Lightning with a game puck to commemorate their first series win since 2004. The Bolts will give the puck to assistant coach Wayne Fleming who is battling brain cancer.""
