That 9955 isn't shit though, it is mandatory whenever you get pulled for DWI. Innocent until proven guilty my ass. I got pulled for DWI several years ago and ended up having it dismissed, however the 9955 was still on my record. Fortunately I have a lawyer friend that got it taken off for free.

good or bad doesn't mean much, it's a subjective descriptor that is defined differently by different people. The point is that she (and others who also engage in behaviors that endanger others) needs to be held accountable for her decisions.

It's only by sheer luck that she hasn't killed anybody.

I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion from my posts. Clearly she should be held accountable in some manner, but it's fucking basic psychology that people are products of their environment. Like you said, "good" and "bad" are near-irrelevant.
