I don't want to just get to the end of the regular season and say it's a 15-way tie for winner.

I would say it just goes week to week, and you have to pick a game with a top ten AP team in it. If there's no top 10 teams playing one week (like mid-December), it's a bye for everyone. If you don't have any teams that you can pick in a week, that's the end for you. Conference championship week will probably weed a lot of people out if that's the case just for not having a team to pick.

The BCS championship game (or last game left with anyone playing if it's before then) should include some sort of tiebreaker, like total points scored.

That's my call, though, and this isn't my game. I suppose it's simonn's call to make.Anyone with a better idea is welcome to chime in.

^^ I don't think the "not have any options" will come into play... The only week that could be a possibility is Championship Week. But everyone would likely have an opportunity to pick the 12-Pac South winner, or possibly the SEC East winner, or even the Conf USA East winner (do they have a championship game?). You don't have to pick a Top-10 team to win, you just have to pick a game with a Top-10 team involved.

Plus, I fully expect the Wolfpack to beat Clemson this week so that I can pick Houston next week.

Yeah I am down to Oklahoma who I planned to save for next week. I got shafted between Clemson winning and Boise somehow not falling below Houston. Looks after after this week I may be stuck picking upsets the rest of the way that will be how most of us get eliminated as we head into the bowl season. Or I could just go balls out and pick us to win this week haha.
