we played shitty against a shitty team, but speaking of recent games, we barely lost to an NCAA tourney Virginia and we got blown out by a team as good as any team in the country when they're on their game

i wasn't pleased with the effort tonight, and 10-6 is optimistic, but we've already won as many games in conference as we did all of last season, so I think we're headed in the right direction

@ Duke is an absolute loss

I also think we will have at least one more WTF loss against Clemson or VT

10-6 is a stretch, but 9-7 is definitely doable. 8-8 would be a bit of a letdown to me, but I'd take it I guess

no, this is duke-level. they've been a final four team only twice in the last ten seasons. a final four lock is no longer duke's level.

Sadly we really blew it when we lost to UVA (after dropping the GT game). this team won;t jump up and beat anybody really good. State would have to catch a FSU, UNC, or duke on a WTF night, and State would have to play lights out.

We have not played lights out vs a really good team all year.

And after tonight i have doubt in them taking out bad teams fairly easily, which will lead to probably two WTF loses (Clempson, Miami, or VT, even @GT)

I've been posting in Sports talk since 2004 (on my other name of course). And no, nobody fucks me but my husband, and he's about the least sports savvy person I know. I think if I were fucking a player, I'd have better tickets to the game and not have to resort to watching all these games on my tiny television.

wow, only 2 final fours in the last 10 seasons? i guess they must suck since Michigan State, Kansas and UNC all have 3 final fours in the last 10 seasons. you do remember that Duke won the national title 2 years ago, right? this looks like a down year for Duke, I'm just not scared of a team with no superstars who isn't even in the top 100 in the nation in assists or rebounds

i still think they beat us, but they're gonna have to work for it
