^I think it was 2007when we were all excited about our chances of going to a bowl game and then Maryland beat us 37-0 at home to keep us out. I was sitting with TGD at that game and Bobby Mills (then student body president) came down to boast to us about how he just KNEW we'd get invited to the Boise Bowl.

I don't know if it is true or not, but I feel like Maryland has a strong history of upsetting highly ranked Duke teams. It never surprised me when they do well against the Devils. Maryland beats us in football, beats Duke in basketball.

But for reals, I'm shocked. I did not root for Maryland, because watching those two just play is no different than watching the holes and dookies play; there is no winner unless the stadium implodes. But dook gone only helps us out potentially for Sunday that's fo sho.

But you know what I want? I want to play the heels on Sunday and win. I'm not cheering for them, but if it's the two of us on Sunday it will be one hell of an epic showdown. Plz to not repeat 2007 or I might have to jump off a bridge.
