Added a home & home series w/ Troy yesterday. Here's how our OOC schedule the next several years currently looks:

2014: Georgia Southern, Old Dominion, at South Florida, Presbyterian

2015: Troy, at Old Dominion, at South Alabama

2016: Notre Dame, at ECU

2017: at Troy, at Notre Dame

2018:

2019: ECU

2022: at ECU

will ND be considered OOC? they will have joined the ACC for football by that time right?

They'll be in conference, but it won't be considered a conference game if I'm not mistaken. They will never (as far as we know) fully in the conference. So they can reap some of the benefits, such as a decent schedule and some monetary rewards. However, they can not vie for the ACC championship, so their games shouldn't count for in conference record.

OMG - that out of conference schedule is turrible. The only teams I'm remotely interested in seeing us play is Notre Dame & ECU. Everyone else is complete shit.

Also - Tailgating in grass > tailgating in a paved marked lot

I could really care less about what our OOC schedule is until we become a decent football team. True...we could be a better team by the time those games come around...but we need to focus on winning some conference games before we care whether not LSU pushes our shit in 5 years from now.

I also only go to one game a year...and it's usually an ACC team...so my opinion matters much less than season ticket holders.

Seriously, if we're going to do this, we may as well drop down to the AAC. It's not like this is the ACC that anyone that's been a fan longer than a couple years cares about anyway.

Would rather go play in Greenville every other year and expect no better than the Papa John's.com Bowl but MAYBE have a shot at a banner than play a schedule where the only wins we get are utter shit teams.

Totally agree. But as I said, I haven't read that they're going to pave either the faculty or trinity lots, nor assign parking spaces in those lots. They may have plans to, but I haven't read that anywhere. The article just said they're putting down parking blocks.
