The fuck? He just missed a few throws. And then he hit wide open WRs all night long while Philly got no pressure. The one time they got pressure, he folded like a cheap tent and fumbled. Half the QBs in the league could have put up 400 yards last night with the time and wide open receivers he had. Every catch they made there wasn't an Eagles defender with 10 yards. The toughest throw he made was a fade to the 6'5" Gronk against a corner who was half a foot shorter.

As much as I hate to side with TGL, I think I have to here.

I haven't looked at the numbers, but they won't lie. I assume TGL is speaking from a numbers perspective when calling Brady the GOAT. You don't need a win to cement the best stats.

I'm also a fairweather football fan so I'm not really qualified to speak on the subject.

Brady is the GOAT, it's not even debatable at this point. I hate him, but his resume speaks for itself.

I mean, it's easy to shit on the Pats in hindsight, but their "awful" defense was top 5 in the redzone and special teams had been solid all year. Cooks getting hurt sucked, Bill being petty and benching Butler for being a day late to Minny didn't help, but the team wasn't awful or devoid of talent, the Eagles were probably the most talented roster in the NFL, even after some huge injuries(Peters and Wentz).

Pederson deserved the MVP. I think if anything, the 2nd half of the season definitely cooled me on Wentz, I think he's a solid player but I think Foles playing great really shows just how great the system is for a QB.
