tonight we had a "fiesta casserole" - if I had to describe it, I would say kind of like a mexican lasagna... really good

this week i think i'm going to make some chili! mmmm chili.

OR beef stew. i can't decide.

maybe i'll try the chili with ground turkey instead since we were JUST having a convo ton about red meat and how it isn't so great for you. but i <3 chili and beef stew, so i'll probably just say eff it

i know!!! soups/stews/chili are on of my fav things about fall. cornbread is a good idea too! maybe i'll also make that. i also like to make enough chili to freeze in individual things. perfect for lunches and such.

now i'm hungry haha.
