Would you guys recommend the ACR over the M16A? I've been playing with the M16A since I unlocked it and I really like it. I don't wanna bother with the ACR though if it is isn't effective.

The ACR does the same damage as the M4, but it has less recoil. Probably doesn't shoot quite as fast though.

fuck it. i'm not buying. $15 is too much for that little. 1 will probably be long range like wasteland which is a WASTE for me. overgrown will be a waste for me. crash will be good and the other 2 will be decent, i hope. so for me, it's $5 per map. I don't think that's worth it.

Camped it up tonight in some random spots in a few maps with OMA/tube/close. Back of the plane in Terminal brought many lols as one kid tried over and over to kill me from behimd, but he blew up on so many claymores in the process. Then some random spots in estate where I got a bunch of kills with random tubes into the house. OMA Tube works better on thay map when youre shootinh downhill tho

Going out of town on Spring Break, but maybe when I get back I'll mount up with some of you people and learn some camping spots. I'm intrigued by all the people I see go off the map on High Rise.

^^Off the map? Or do you mean on top of the southernmost building? if you're talking about on top of the building, that's not a glitch or going off the map, that's by design, it's a risk/reward spot put there on purpose.

NEW [at least to me] IDEA:

set up another OMA class with a riot shield, then switch to it when you get up on the ledge to give you protection if necessary as you make your way to the top, then if/when you make it switch back to n00b tube/OMA/pwnage class.

i've got 4 total OMA classes:

1. n00btube/danger close/claymores
2. n00btube/cold blooded/claymores
3. sniper rifle/cold blooded/claymores
4. riot shield/danger close/claymores

I haven't tried using a shield to go along the ledge but you'd still be at risk to getting shot...I like being able to pop a n00btube down near the back of the sign in the corner where people come past the elevator room...its tough...very dependent on how the other team moves

^yeah, you're right. I've had the best luck if 2 or 3 teammates make a hard push for that long corridor by the elevators, since that's where I always seem to get popped from. You're right about getting so close too, I always seem to get capped right as I climb from the second scaffolding to the very top ledge, and it is infinitely frustrating.

I found out the other day that in order to kill someone who is coming straight forward at you with a riot shield you just have to shoot at the bottom right quadrant.

I was trying to get the XP with it and this one guy was killing me quickly and consistently with that method.
