hmmm i guess i am partial to the blackberry but it sucks about the plan. if it was me i'd probably just suck it up and get the Q but if you can afford the 20 extra a month get the blackberry! i haven't heard a lot of positives about the Q but i only know like 2 people that have it.

friedland? he's pretty entertaining. his classes are super intense (just because he's like that ALL time time) and you move really fast, but i think i ended up learning stuff pretty well in his classes. he also taught evidence to us and he sometimes teaches crim pro.
