FSU had a couple year run as a sub 100 offense, top 10 D iirc. most years that resulted in an early exit but they had one run

he also failed to mention that our statistical profile was relatively mediocre last year prior to the run (although still better than that shit sd state team) and stuff like vcu and butler making final four runs with teams in the 30s/40s

One of our biggest weaknesses defensively is Howell not rotating out to the wing and Leslie getting lost on rotations. This should save us a few buckets and it hurts Dukes depth inside.

yeah that's a huge help, and really could be a defining moment in our season. if we win tonight and then play our asses off and beat a hampered duke team (which we will still certainly have to play our asses off to beat), maybe we start thinking that if we just try really hard and stay focused on defense all game we can win every game. who knows?? that's what i'm going to plan on happening, until it doesn't happen at which point i'm going to come up w/ a new stance that represents a best possible outcome.
