i grew to hate bfast for dinner when I cooked at the frat house... cooking enough bacon for 60 guys on the skillet gave me grease burns up my entire arm, and I would smell like bacon for the next two days- which believe it or not, is not a good thing.

I'm tired. Been a boring day at work.

Cooking up some Macaroni and Cheese (think Velveeta and Cheese, except with Macaroni instead of shells).

OHH! IT'S DONE!

I made cubed steak (the kind you use in stew) with olive oil and spices, leftover sausage, and baked chicken with brown rice and side salads.

Venison bbq. Deer shot by my girlfriend's father, bbq cooked by her mom, sent home with us frozen after Christmas. Only ever had deer once and that was so long ago I don't remember--ought to be interesting.

Oh, and green bean casserole. And perhaps beer.

Had pizza and salad. And once again papa Johns undercooks their pizza. At least the cheese was OK this time and it was just a "doughy" dough, which I can handle. But christ- how hard is it to fully cook a pizza?

Burger left - Fiasco. Bison, chipotle spread, muenster cheese, fried onion strings, and greens on ciabatta.

Burger right - Kickin' Philly. Black Angus, sauteed onions and mushrooms, provolone cheese, creamy horseradish, tomatoes and greens on ciabatta.

on second thought, i'm really just in the mood for garlic, ginger, sesame chicken. the peanut sesame noodles SOUND good but i think i'll make that another time

ton: crispy ginger garlic chicken w toasted sesame seeds in lo mein with some kind of super light sauce (prob a basic soy rice wine vinegar sauce with some fresh ginger, scallions and garlic and a tsp of sesame oil)

yum should turn out well. broccoli and cauliflower also to be in the noodle bowl.

i will make the more thai peanut-esque noodles another night. but the fresh ginger smells SOOO good i don't want the taste covered by peanut taste.
