Seriously
1) It's a major holiday
2) It's something that is actively done by a majority of those who celebrate the holiday
(clearly, some people who don't believe in Easter would not hunt eggs, ditto Christians would not hunt for Matzah)
3) It'd be far more fun than actually eating the darn cardboard itself
