sometimes its helpful to show a full sized image. you could always link someone to the image, but whatever. use a resolution of at least 1024x768.

impement some code like they have here, http://www.yoozer.nl/forum/ which will resize the pic to whatever width works for your browser window, but you click it and it opens in a new window full size.

or all pictures could auto resize to 800x600 in the thread & serve as a link to the fullsize image
