I know this has been posted before. but could you 1. delete some of the stuff on the calendar that is OLD and 2. add an option when posting to the calender so that when you say 'every tuesday' you can say every tuesday until x date.

Many of the things up there are no longer being done. If it was posted prior to this school year, a large chunk of it has been irrelavent too.
