in The Soap Box, WHAT REALLY HAPPENED ON SEPTEMBER 11th, 2001? i'm tired of seeing it and posting in it when it gets no where, keeps going in circles over and over. frankly, the guy who started that thread should be stoned, IMO.

Eh, just take away salisburyboy's right to post topics. He has every right to be here, but I just don't want any more of these stupid topics to pop up in which he makes a ridiculous assertion then ignores everyone's comments all the while posting more blatently wrong assertions from misleading webpages and hate sites.

A: it's a relatively free message board, if the mods don't care about the thread then just let it go

B: it's a topic that, surprisingly enough, is still relevent... and having it all contained in one thread saves a lot of hassle... if you lock that thread then he'll just post another with his new quote, and a cycle will be created of locking threads and him posting new ones...

C: isn't it better that he focuses on that thread (generally) and the Fed Reserve thread and leaves the rest of the soap box alone?

i personally know for a fact that his "proof" has no credibility to them and know that he is just pulling shit out of his ass so just don't pay any attention to him. yes, its ashame that there are people out there like himself, but thats the real world.

i would argue that salisburyboy definately violates this posting guideline. Look at some of his threads, eg his catholic hate thread - http://www.thewolfweb.com/message_topic.aspx?topic=154658&page=12#3690387
or any other thread he starts for that matter

he is the main reason that i try to avoid soap box, unfortunately i know the mods simply don't care, so the only way to beat salisburyboy (using logic and fact def. doesn't work) is to not view/reply to his threads, and just maybe the mods will delete it after he's been the only one to reply to it 5-10 times in attempts to start arguements

if the mods started enforcing this rule

we wouldn't have any trouble at all with salisburyboy

you're missing my point, i'm talking about over long periods of time, with the only intent of not letting a thread die, thats when the rule should be enforced
