I think that there should be some sort of rules about trolling/lurking. If you don't post so many times in so many days or something your username should be forfeited. Too many people use the username required functions for bad reasons. Like, stalking or spying on people, etc.

Now I can understand the arguement against not letting people who don't post take up bandwith with their photo galleries, but I agree with Wadhead1. If someone is stalking you or spying on you, then notify the admins, not complain about lurkers.

or at least do something along the lines of limiting people to 10-20 pictures if they don't have X amount of posts (or make liberal use of school tool/books)...

Some people don't enjoy posting as much as others or may go through spells were they don't post for awhile or something...so I think this is a really lame idea. I don't think you should be able to never post and have a stockpiled photo gallery though
