If you let it sit overnight...there's chocolate sludge at the bottom ~0.75" thick

christine, when you do the iced/blended coffee at home, does yours get fully blended? mine always has like some liquid not blended into the ice. i know some of that pectin might help, but when i'm just doing ice + coffee, i can't get a fully blended drink.
