Everything's acting all weird on me. Sometimes it's the usual design and sometimes everything looks like a 5th graders HTML project (if indeed a 5th grader had to do one).

when did it change to one thread an hour? i've posted more than that before, and if it's only one an hour, the flood control message should say "wait an hour" instead of "several minutes". i only brought these concerns up because this is the first time they have happened to me.
