some other message boards i frequent have "stickies" that always stay at the top...seems like there are a lot of threads for legal advice in the lounge...maybe a sticky should be made for common topics like that...like legal advice, apartment rentals/realty companies

^ yeah not a bad idea so it eliminates the "i just got a ticket now what" threads. ok well it probably wont.
