Everyone can see it.

The initial load provided posting access to users with userID's between 1 and 4000 or with age between 23 and 30. User #4000 registered on 9/1/2001. Additional users will have to manually request access from whoever I decide to let moderate this place.

We'll see how it goes.

Simmons Army Airfield (FBG). It's awesome because my "staff" job is flight operations (only person in the ops dept that knows aviation relatively well). This allows me to hang out at the hangar and hop on all sorts of flights, as well as deal primarily with aviation operations.
