For a long time now, our tv takes a good 10-15 minutes for the picture to come on. When first turned on, it has nothing but a single horizontal line across the middle of the screen. After awhile, it starts to flicker, then the picture comes in. My roommate's friend of a friend fixed it temperarily by doing something inside using a string or something. Whatever he did must have come undone. Does anyone know if this can be fixed?
