Does anyone know if you can trace cell #'s online to find out who's # it is and all that good stuff?

if you put a cell number into the reverse phone directory, it can tell you often times what the service provider is, as well as the general location (greater durham area, for example...)

If someone is bothering you, just call the cops. They can trace it. Caller ID works wonders as well.
