Yep, Goo Gone or Goof Off. I used to use an adhesive remover called Rapid Remover (from the makers of Rapid Tac vinyl graphic application solution) that works really well, but can only be gotten through sign and graphics supply houses.

Any remover containing citrus turpene or d-limonene is a good one. Lowe's has several...

^ yeah I use 3M adhesive remover. It's much better than Goo Gone.

It does work fairly well, but it also uses harsher solvents. I have a can on the boat I use to take off old masking tape...

i prefer laquer thinner, that way i don't spend an hour cleaning up the mess

they sell it in the paint dept at home depot. it's really good stuff. use cotton balls dabbed in some liquid goof off and you'll be all set in no time.

That's harsher than you need. The 3M Adhesive Remover does the job just fine, but yeah it doesn't come off instantly.

blot it with duct tape or masking tape, then wash as usual

heat the sticker before removing it and you should have almost no residue left over
